2.11.5 I cannot install an application. What can I do?

 

The storage space is insufficient. If this happens, uninstall some applications that you no 
longer use or delete some files from 

File Manager

. 

The application is incompatible with your phone. Some Android 2.3 applications may not be 
able to be installed on the Android 4.2 operating system. If this happens, download the latest 
applications. 

2.11.6 

What software are preinstalled on your phone? What are 

built-in software? Can you delete them?

 

The built-in software include music, gallery, email, notebook, file manager, calendar, clock, 
whether, flashlight, calculator, recorder, DLNA, radio, app center, theme, camera, phone 
manager, and phone service. Users cannot uninstall them. 

2.12 Third-party applications

 

2.12.1 Can I install third-party applications to a microSD card? If 
so, will running these third-party applications take up my 
phone's storage?

 

Yes, you can install third-party applications to a microSD card. Temporary data will be saved 
to your phone storage when these applications run. 

2.12.2 

The home areas of some phone numbers cannot be displayed. 

Why?

 

The phone contacts integrates the number home area querying function. To query the home 
area, choose
