4.5.4 Verifying the Setting of the Automatic Water Refill Valve

Prerequisites

The water pressure of the auxiliary water refill device meets the requirement.

Preparations

Tool: adjustable wrench

Documents: pipe system diagram, pipe system valve control relationship table

Skill requirement: cooling engineer

For the diagrams and tables, see the initial configuration parameter manual for the solution in use.

Context

The setting of the automatic water refill valve is critical for the stable running of the cooling
system.

The automatic water refill valve has been factory set to 0.15 MPa. In case of accidental
changes during the transportation or installation, verify the valve setting before starting the
system.

Procedure

Step 1

Close the service valve for the automatic water refill valve.
