Adding a Contact
1. From the Contacts screen, tap Add .
The Add contact screen is displayed.
2. Tap the Name text box and enter a name.
3. Tap next to the name. The Default Profile Picture screen is displayed. Select a profile
picture, and tap Save . The Add Contact screen is displayed.
4. Tap the ID or Dept text box and enter an employee ID or department. Tap OK .
5. Tap a number type and enter a number.
6. Tap the Group drop-down list box and select a group. For details, see 4.2.2.3 Managing
Groups .
7. Tap Add .
NOTE
To add a contact as favorites , tap Favorites at the lower part of the screen.
Editing Contact Information
1. From the Contacts screen, find the contact that you want to edit the contact information.
For details, see 4.2.2.1 Finding a Contact .
2. Tap the contact.
The detailed information about the contact is displayed.
3. Tap Edit .
4. Modify the information about the contact.
5. Tap Save to save the settings.
NOTE
If the contact information is imported from the corporate directory, the contact profile picture cannot be
changed or automatically updated. You can only manually update the profile picture by tapping the profile
picture icon before the contact name.
