In the UC1.1 network environment:
The account in use has not been assigned the
call park service rights on both the IP phone and
the server.
In the UC2.0 network environment:
The account in use has not been assigned the
call park service rights on the BMP.
Configure the call park service rights
for the account.
The user entered the number of the peer IP phone
when retrieving the call.
Enter the number of the IP phone (IP
phone A in this example) on which
the call park operation is performed.

Symptom
A user is engaged in a call and wants to transfer this ongoing call or invite more users to hold
a local conference, but the message "No available line" is displayed on the phone screen.
Possible Causes and Solutions
Possible Cause
How to Resolve
The account in use has no more available lines.
An account for eSpace 7900 must be assigned at
least two lines for the call transfer or local
conference service.
Assign more lines for the IP phone on
the phone LCD screen or web page.
NOTE
If all lines are used up, release some
configured lines first.
