What to do if I cannot send or receive on a fax
connected to the device
• If the fax is working, you can connect it to a fixed line
telephone network (PSTN).
• If a dial tone is heard, you can connect a phone to the
Phone/Fax Interface on the device.
• If the network connection is successful (see “Accessing
the Internet”).
• Contact your service provider if problems remain.
