Operation
4.1
General
The following section describes how the dust extractor is operated, the dust extractor's
different positions, and how to replace the Longopac and the different filters used in the
dust extractor.
Warning!
The machine may only be used or repaired by personnel who have received the
appropriate theoretical and practical training and who have read this manual.
Warning!
Use protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety goggles, protective
gloves, mouth mask and hearing protection.
Warning!
The machine must only be used and moved on level surfaces. There is a risk of
crush injuries if the machine starts to roll.
Tip!
Check the minimum recommended cable area before using an extension cord.
You will find the recommended cable area under Technical Data.

The positions for the dust extractor
The dust extractor can be placed in two positions; operating position and transport
position, see Figure 4-4, page
and Figure 4-3, page
Warning!
If handled carelessly, the machine can overturn and cause both personal injury
and damage to the equipment. Ensure that there are always two people present
when it is to be rotated.
