NOTE:
Next to the switch "13" there is the fuse holder "14" with reserve fuse
(500mA 250V 5x20 T - delayed).
If, after connecting the mains plug and turning on the machine
1) bring the switch to the "0" zero state;
2) disconnect the plug from the mains and the mains socket from the
device;
3) using a slotted screwdriver, levering out the fuse holder and check
that fuse B is intact (the internal conductor wire must not be
interrupted). If it is broken, replace it with the spare fuse A present
inside the fuse holder, after checking its integrity.
4) reposition the fuse holder and turn the device back on.

Some components of the appliance are so small that they can be
swallowed by children; therefore keep the appliance out of the reach
of children.

Caution
SWITCHING ON THE INSTRUMENT
Turn on the instrument by positioning the power switch on "1", the ON LED
will light up to certify the correct electrical connection. Subsequently, the
presentation text will scroll on the display:
and then, in the second line, the version and issue date of the operating
system: E.g .: "1.00 30 Apr 09"
If the user had not connected the treatment head or had inserted it
incorrectly, the display will show writings that highlight this in addition to the
continuous emission of "beeps" to call attention and request the correct
connection.
PREPARATION OF THE APPLIANCE
Once all the checks have been completed, a request to choose a program
will be displayed

During the execution of the treatment program, ACTIVE phase, the
START / STOP keys and the "+" and "-" keys remain enabled, with which it
is possible to increase / decrease the power applied by 20% compared to
the value pre-set-up.
Once the treatment program has been chosen, press START to start.
The display will show the selected program on the first line and the
treatment time, power (in%) and DutyCycle of the selected treatment on the
second line. Example:
During the execution of the treatment program,
ACTIVE
phase, only the
START / STOP button remains enabled.
After the programmed time (our 8 minutes), the machine will emit three
consecutive beeps and the display will show the end of treatment message
and an invitation to choose a program.
At this point, only the ON led will remain lit.
PAUSE
Pressing the START / STOP key switches from the ACTIVE phase to the
PAUSE phase, in which the treatment is "suspended". The time will not
decrease and the head will not emit signals. In this phase the PAUSE LED
flashes while the ACTIVE and START / STOP LEDs are off. A further press
of the START / STOP key will take us back to the
ACTIVE
phase.
STOP
Both during the ACTIVE phase and the PAUSE phase, by pressing the
START / STOP button and holding it down for at least 1.5 seconds, I

definitely the treatment program.
The START / STOP led will turn off, the treatment head will not emit any
signals, the duration time will rapidly decrease until it reaches zero, the
"beep" will emit 3 nearby notes, the STOP led will light up and the display
will show the message timed for about 3 seconds.
And below the invitation to choose a program.
At this point, only the ON led will remain lit.

Caution
Handle the treatment head with care. Careless handling can affect its
characteristics.
Do not knot or twist the connection cable.
Do not use in the vicinity of the device and the treatment head, sprays, liquids
or solvents.
LANGUAGE SETTING PROCEDURE
Switch on the instrument and wait until the message appears on the
display:
Press and hold the START / STOP (ultrasound) button at the same time as
the "+" POWER% button, for about 4/5 sec, until the display shows:
Use the “+” and “-” keys to choose between the available languages.
Press the START / STOP button until “Choose a Program” appears in the
selected language.
