4.2.1 Single Network
Wired Connection
This is the only network configuration allowed by Huddle Hub One, which has a single, wired network
adapter.
In this configuration, HHO wired network interface is connected to the company LAN through an
Ethernet cable. The corporate users remain connected to their usual Wi-Fi network and their devices
reach HHO through a company access point.
Corporate network can be configured to show Huddle Hub also to guests and contractors - as usually
done for printers and scanners. The creation/configuration of a guest network with restricted access is
a Network Manager's responsibility.
To be used by the devices, HHO doesn’t need any Internet access. However, Internet access is
necessary to allow HHO to download its updates.
