Symptom
The operating system locks up.
Action
• Scan for viruses with an updated virus scan utility.
• Review the iLO event log.
• Review the IML.
• Gather the NMI Crash Dump information for review, if needed.
• Use the Active Health System Viewer (AHSV) to upload the AHS data and read, diagnose, and
resolve your server issues. If you are unable to resolve the issues, submit a case using the Active
