Removal and replacement procedures 36
To remove an SFF hard drive:
1. Press the thumb release to release the SFF hard drive cam latch.
2. Rotate the cam latch and pull the SFF hard drive out of the HDD cage.

To remove the HDD cage:
1. Loosen the two thumbscrews.
2. Remove the two screws in the upper corner of the HDD cage.
3. Slide the HDD cage outward and then lift up the HDD cage to remove the HDD cage out of the tray.
