Safety Information
Using Batteries
The HP PhotoSmart C500 Digital Camera comes with three AA NiMH
batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types.
Follow the battery manufacturer’s safety instructions.
Recycling Batteries
Follow the battery manufacturer’s disposal instructions or the guidelines
recommended for your area. Do not incinerate or puncture batteries.
Using an AC Power Adapter
Use only an AC power adapter that has been approved by HP for use with
this camera. Failure to do so could cause damage or destroy the camera
and cause a fire.
