Setting Fault Detection Policy
One of the powerful features in the Browser Interface is the Fault Detection
facility. This feature enables you to perform two types of fault management
tasks:
■
controls the types of alerts reported to the Alert Log based on their level
of severity
■
controls the sensitivity level required by a port before the port is disabled.
You perform these tasks in the Fault Detection Window. The Fault Detection
Window is shown below.
