Appendix E: CloudSystem Network Diagram

The CloudSystem introduces several new networks that are required to have a set of VLAN configurations

in your top of rack (TOR) switches. This section gives a brief overview, but you should review

CloudSystem 9.0 Network Planning Guide

available on the Hewlett Packard Enterprise website

) before deploying CloudSystem. The VLANs need to be

unique and between 1 and 4095.
Note that the CloudSystem installation utility does not perform any modifications to TOR switches and

assumes the configuration has already been completed. The following figure shows the CloudSystem

networking overview as it relates to the HC380 platform.
