NOTE:
The USB Type-C board spare part kit does not include the USB Type-C board cable or USB Type-C
board support bracket. The USB Type-C board cable is available using spare part number L05097-001. The
USB Type-C board support bracket is available using spare part number L05109-001.

IMPORTANT:
Make special note of each screw and screw lock size and location during removal
and replacement
Before removing the USB Type-C Board, follow these steps:
1.
Shut down the tablet. If you are unsure whether the tablet is off or in Hibernation, turn the tablet on,
and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect all external devices connected to the tablet.
3.
Disconnect the power from the tablet by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the tablet.
4.
Remove the display panel assembly (see
Display panel assembly on page 32
), and then remove
the following components:

Remove the USB Type-C Board:
1.
Remove the two Phillips PM2.0×2.0 screws (1)that secure the USB Type-C board cover to the enclosure,
and then remove the cover (2).
2.
Remove the one Phillips PM2.0×2.5 screw (3) that secures the USB Type-C board bracket to the
enclosure, and then remove the bracket (2).
