Remove the touchpad:
1.
Remove the clear plastic that covers the touchpad (1).
2.
Disconnect the touchpad cable from the ZIF connector on the touchpad (2).
3.
Lift the Mylar that covers the screws on the top of the touchpad (3).
4.
Remove the three Phillips M2.0 × 2.0 screws (4) from the touchpad.
5.
Lift the top of the touchpad up (5), and then pull it away from the bottom of the computer to remove it
(6).
To install the touchpad, reverse this procedure.
