Description
Use the
telnet server enable
command to make the switch to operate as a Telnet Server.
Use the
undo telnet server enable
command disable the switch from operating as a Telnet server.
By default, a switch does not operate as a Telnet server.
Examples

% Start Telnet server
# Disable the switch from operating as a Telnet server.

Specifies the terminal display type to ANSI.
vt100
: Specifies the terminal display type to VT100.
Description
Use the
terminal type
command to configure the type of terminal display .
Use the
undo terminal type
command to restore the default.
Currently, the system support two types of terminal display : ANSI and VT100.
By default, the terminal display type is ANSI. The device must use the same display type as the
terminal. If the terminal uses VT 100, the device should also use VT 100.
