Click on the Span & Resolution button.

A dialog box is opened. There are two parts to this form, Histogram and 
Sequential. The upper part sets the boundaries for the histogram, 
the lower sets the boundaries for sequential measurements.

When the record mode (set on the TIA Setup form) is fast histogram, 
the settings in the Histogram portion of this form are of primary 
importance. When the record mode is sequential, there will be both 
sequential and histogram results (the HP E1741A derives histograms 
from the sequential data), so all the settings on this form have 
significance.

The two parts of this dialog box do interact with one another. For example, 
when you set a histogram span that exceeds the time interval range set 
under the Sequential portion of the form, the maximum TI range is 
changed to accommodate the span selected for the histogram.
