This chapter describes how to assemble and start operating your
Hewlett-Packard E1725C TIA (Time Interval Analyzer). Although the
steps provided in this chapter are written so you can put a TIA together
from a completely disassembled state, the steps make a good checklist to
follow when you suspect a problem with your setup.
