Software Characteristics
Whether you have the HP E1741A Time Interval Analyzer software or the
TIA User Interface software, your software provides the following
measurement and analysis features:
• Graphical user interface implemented in Windows
A mouse, or similar pointing device, can be used to set up the TIA,
control operation, and analyze results.
• Up to 512K time records for the capture of an entire track of data
Over 500 thousand data-to-data measurements can be acquired in
sequence.
• Large histogram capacity
Large amounts of data can be collected into a histogram very quickly.
Window margin results can be produced from the histogram data.
• 80 MHz sample rate
Every edge can be timed in a pulse series up to an 80 MHz rate (12.5 ns
minimum continuous interval).
• Easily share data with other applications
Export your time interval analysis results and graphs to other
applications via the Clipboard. Typical applications include word
processing, spread sheets, and advanced math analysis packages.
• 50 ps LSD
Characterize small amounts of jitter and timing noise on a single-shot
basis.
