Remove the cache module.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.

To remove the component:
1.
Power down the server (on page

2.
Remove all power:
a.
Disconnect each power cord from the power source.
b.
Disconnect each power cord from the server.
3.
Remove the server from the rack (on page

4.

5.
Release the M.2 SSD SATA cables from the cable management holder.
6.
Open the cable management holder (on page
).
7.
Disconnect the SATA cables from the M.2 SSD enablement board and the system board.
