Operation

Using Database Files

Move Data to Archive command

Large database files are slow and require time to store and retrieve data. The
database archive feature helps you manage the size of your database files by
moving test data from the currently opened database file to another database
file.

For example, you can create a database file on a floppy disk and then move
some tests from the system to the floppy disk for storage or transport to
another system. You will be asked if you wish to delete the tests after they
have been moved. A database file must be open before it can be archived.
