Before removing the I/O board, follow these steps:

Prepare the computer for disassembly (

Remove the access panel

Remove the I/O board:

1.

Disconnect the I/O board cable from the system board (1).

2.

Release the retention gate (2) that secures the I/O board to the computer.

3.

Remove the I/O board (3).

To install the I/O board, reverse the removal procedure.
