Maintenance
6.1
Checking the water connections for
leakage
Tighten screw connections on the water side while the
boil er is still at operating temperature.
6.2
Refilling
The system must be topped up with water if the water
pres sure falls below the set pre-pressure. To do this, al-
low the heating water to cool down, vent the filling hose
and then pour in water via the filling and drain cock.

6.3
Maintenance comprises
-
Cleaning the flue gas heat exchanger and condensate
collector
- Dismantle siphon and clean and rinse condensate
drainage
- Clean burner and check for damage
- Checking the ignition electrode, distance from burner
ap prox. 4 - 5 mm, if necessary, positioning the ignition
elec trode correctly or replacing it
- Taking CO
2
(O
2
) measurement (according to chapter 4.6)
If applicable, observe other instructions!
1. Disconnect gas condensing boiler from the power
supply (pull the plug)
2. Close the unit gas cock
3. Remove front cover (open control damper; slide front
cover upwards and pull it out)
4. Unplug electrical connection of gas solenoid valve
5. Disconnect connector plug on fan
6. Release the threaded connection of the supply line to
the gas solenoid valve
7.
Release burner plate screw attachments
8. Remove the burner plate
