Mixing solution
WARNING
Danger to the environment and health from crop
protection agent.
¾
Mixing the solution is only allowed at the edge
of the field, for example, while waiting for the
crop protection sprayer.
¾
The national and international regulations
regarding the transport of agricultural equip-
ment must be observed when transporting
crop protection agents and spraying mixture!
¾
Connect the hose with the front filling port and
open both valves.
¾
Open valve A .
¾
Close valve B .
¾
Turn the lever 7 down to Press to switch on the
pump. The solution is pumped over and mixed
thereby. Adjust the pump speed with lever C .
Do not operate the pump at full power while
the solution is circulated to prevent overheat-
ing of the pressure regulator on the hydraulic
valve block.
Filling the crop protection
sprayer
CAUTION
Danger of machine damage.
Make sure when filling and emptying the crop
protection sprayer that the spraying mixture con-
tainers are adequately vented (e.g. By opening
the dome lid).
The spraying mixture containers will be dama-
ged by excessive overpressure or vacuum.
DANGER
The personal protective outfit must be worn
when filling.
Observe the regulations and notes of the crop
protection manufacturer!

Connect the hose with the filling port of the
crop protection sprayer.

Open valve A .
¾
Close valve B .
¾
Turn the lever 7 down to Press to switch on the
pump. Observe the filling level indicators on
Shuttle and crop protection sprayer.
