DANGER
Severe accident by falling down!
¾
No passengers are allowed to ride on the
machine!
¾
Fold down the steps to access the platforms.
¾
Fold the steps back up after leaving the plat-
forms. Engage the step on the drawbar:
NOTE
In case of extreme development of dust, this
dust may deposit in the fertiliser hopper and fill
up the roller flutes. This causes metering errors
and unnecessary wear inside the metering unit.
¾
Always keep the covering closed with the
elastic to protect the fertiliser against con-
tamination, dust and moisture.
NOTE
During transport travel, especially over bumpy
roads, the fertiliser inside the hopper may solidify.
Solidified fertiliser in the metering unit may
overload or even block the motor. Metering cells
may stick together and thus be unable to place
the correct quantity.
¾
Before starting work, the fertiliser must be
free flowing.
¾
Activate the agitator, if necessary, see chapter
Auxiliary equipment – agitator
