1.15 Organizational measures
The operator must provide the necessary
personal protective outfit as specified by the
manufacturer of the crop protection agenet to
be applied, such as e.g.:

a chemicals resistant overall
¾
chemicals resistant gloves
¾
waterproof shoes
¾
a face protection
¾
a respirator
¾
safety goggles
¾
skin protection agent, etc.
The operating instructions
¾
must always be kept near the place of use of
the machine!
¾
must always be freely accessible for operator
and maintenance personnel!
Check all available safety features at regular
intervals!
1.16 Safety notes on the
machine
Trailed crop protection sprayers HORSCH LEEB
6/7/8 GS are equipped with safety features (pro-
tective features).
Not all danger spots on this machine can be
completely safeguarded under due considera-
tion of the functionality of the machine.
Corresponding safety notes on the machine
point to still remaining residual risks.
These safety notes were applied in the form of
so-called warning signs.
Important notes about the position of information
stickers and their meaning/supplement can be
found hereunder!
Become familiar with the mdeaning of
the opposite warning signs.
The opposite texts and the attachment
location on the machine provide informa-
tion about the special danger spots on the
machine.
Keep all warning signs on the machine in
clean and legible condition!
Replace illegible warning signs.
