Before spraying completely dissolve the car-
bamide by recirculating fluids. When dissolving
larger carbamide quantities the temperature of the
chemical will drop considerably, this dissolves the
carbamide much slower. The warmer the water,
the quick and better the dissolving of carbamide.
1. Fill the solution tank half with water
2. Set the suction side to solution tank (e).
3.
Close the quick filling valve.
4. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
5. Switch on the injector (d).
6. Open the ball valve (k)
7. Switch on the closed circuit line (g).
8. Switch on the shock nozzle (h).
9. Fill the required preparation quantity as
calculated for filling the container into the
induction hopper (max. 45l).
10. Close the ball valve again (k).
11.
Switch off the injector (d).
12. Adjust the desired agitator power (c).
13.
Open the quick filling valve.
14. Top up the missing amount of water.
15.
Close the quick filling valve.
Flushing in liquid preparations with full
or partly filled solution tank:
1.
Close the quick filling valve.
2. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
3. Switch on the injector (d).
4. Fill the required preparation quantity as
calculated for filling the container into the
induction hopper (max. 45l).
5. Open the switch-over ball valve and have
the content completely sucked out of the
induction hopper.
6. Close the ball valve again, possibly repeat
points 5-7 again, if more than 45 l of prepa-
ration is required.
7. Preliminarily clean the induction hopper with
the closed circuit line (g).
8. Open the switch-over ball valve and have
the contents sucked out.
9. Close the ball valve again (k).
10.
Switch off the injector.
11. Adjust the desired agitator power (c).
