3.4 Nozzles
The boom can be equipped with single and
multiple nozzles.
The nozzles are mounted on the boom with a
spacing of 50 cm / 25 cm.

3.5 Spraying line

The spraying line is made of Ø 25 mm stain-
less steel pipe.

In the boom sections the pipe is continuous.

The sections are coupled by hoses, resulting
in continuous lines over the entire width of
the boom.
3.6 Spraying control
The complete control of spraying boom and
operation is accomplished via the terminal in
the tractor cabin.
See the "HORSCH terminal instructions" for
detailed operation.
Furthermore, the external control terminal is
used to control flushing, filling operation, working
lights and outside cleaning.
3.7 CCS - continuous
inside cleaning
(Continuous cleaning system)
NOTE
Quick sprayer cleaning process without having
to get off the machine.
The complete cleaning process is controlled
from the driver's cabin.
Function:
Principle of positive displacement in-
stead of principle of dilution
An additional cleaning pump feed clear water
directly into the inside cleaning nozzles. The
spraying pump draws this water out of the
solution tank and uses it to force the chemical
residue through the nozzles out of the pipeline
system.
This means quick, thorough and water consump-
tion optimized cleaning.
