Adjusting the unfolding pressure
The pressure for unfolding must be adjusted
before initial commissioning and after working
on the hydraulic system.
a
Folding hydraulics (rear view)
¾
Folding the machine, see chapter
Folding.
¾
Unscrew the setscrew on the pressure limit-
ing valve (a).
¾
Operate the control unit for
folding
(unfolding).
¾
Screw down the setscrew on the pressure
limiting valve (a) until the machine unfolds.
Lock valves
The lock valves allow holding the wings at any
desired intermediate positions. This allows, for
example, travelling temporarily with reduced
transport height.
¾
Fold the wings to the desired position.
¾
Shut both valves (b):

Adjusting the pre-load pressure
The pressure for pre-loading the wings must
be adjusted before initial commissioning, after
working on the hydraulic system and, if neces-
sary, when working in the field.

¾
Set the lever for field or road travel to
field
. In
this position the pressure is transferred to the
outer frames.
¾
Check the pressure gauge at the front of the
machine (a) (50 bar).
¾
If the pressure deviates from 50 bar, adjust the
pressure on the directional valve (b) to 50 bar.
