7.1.9 Measured by PPRC (CP) (Stage 2)
1.
Select the CP in the COND pharmacopeia mode
screen.

Tap
on the right of the Stage 2 item.
3.
Before measurement, set the temperature
conversion to OFF in accordance with the
regulation prescribed by PPRC, and the setting
of the unit is automatically changed to S/cm.
The changed settings are applied.
4.
Tap
to proceed to the next procedure.
5.
Immerse the COND electrode in sample solution
and tap
to start the measurement.
When measurement is completed, the conduc-
tivity of the sample solution and the measure-
ment condition are displayed as a measurement
result.
Tap
to return to the COND pharma-
copeia mode screen.
In this mode the value when the measured
temperature is at 25
C ±1
C and the
conductivity change for 5 minutes is 0.1
S/cm
or less is measured whether the target is at the
evaluation standard, 2.1
S/cm or less.
