This command is always valid when on-line.
・
The meter enters the Resistivity Instantaneous Value
display.

Start measurement command format
・
When the meter status is Instantaneous
Measurement, Auto Hold Measurement will start.
・
If the command is issued during a measurement hold
or during calibration, the meter will return to the initial
screeen status.
