3.5. Reagent installation
3.5.1. Bottle connections

Lyse and cleaning reagents are placed inside the reagent compartment ( Diag.7-16 ).
1- Install the reagent straws and the bottle stoppers on the reagent bottles.
2- Connect the blue tube to the ABX Cleaner bottle and the white tube to the ABX Minilyse LMG
bottle.
3- Close the compartment cover.
4- See 3.3.2. Prime, page 7-8 to run the priming of the replaced reagent.
3.5.2. Alphalyse 360
Required products:

Lyse straw (P/n: G0166740). Contact your local HORIBA ABX Technical support to order it.
1- Open the pack pulling the flap A and open the level window B ( Diag.7-17 ).
2- Replace the rigid straw by the Lyse straw and install the Alphalyse 360 as shown on Diag.7-18 .

Make sure that a blank cycle and control run will be carried out after the
change of a reagent in the course of day.

Before reagent installation, register reagent pack or bottles in the " Reag. "
tab (See 4.2.2. Reagent creation, page 7-22 ).
