The SmartPAC 2 display shows at the top a status box that contains information such as the
press name and the press speed or angle.  Below that is an area, the Run window, that
contains menu items, instructions, graphics and other components.  Next to the function keys
are eight rectangles that contain descriptions of the function key operations, if any function
keys are currently active.  In Run mode, if you have programmed Hot keys (see page 185),
their labels show up on the main Run menu screen, with red borders.

In every mode, you progress from menu to menu by use of the ENTER and RESET keys, as
instructed on the display.
