Removable media specifications
The Honeywell-configured Dell Precision R5500 workstation has six internal drive bays. However, a
SATA back pane installed system utilizes only five internal drive bays. The system is configured with
one (1) removable media drive that is a SATA CD-RW/DVD±RW combo drive. The SATA CD-
RW/DVD±RW drive is connected to a SATA port connector on the motherboard.
