Before installing the system, appropriate preparation is required to ensure a smooth installation
process.

Prepare the following tools before installing the system equipment:
Electrostatic proof wrist band
Electrostatic proof gloves
Wire stripping pliers
Wire cutting pliers
RJ-45 crimp tool
Slotted screwdriver (M2)
Phillips screwdriver (P1)
Preparing Auxiliary Materials
Prepare the following auxiliary materials before installing the system devices:
Insulating tape
Wire buckles
Cable labels
Plastic ties
Preparing Cables and Auxiliary Equipment
Prepare the following cables before installing the system devices:
Power cable
The power cable used for mains power is provided in the package. The connector of the
backup power interface is included in the package instead of a power cable. The Installer
should connect it via the 3-pin cable, which with a recommended cross-section from 0.5mm

to
1.5mm

Power amplifier control interface cable
A twisted-pair cable (2m) is provided in power amplifier package.
Power amplifier cable
This cable is used to connect the controller to the power amplifier as well as the controller (RK-
MCU or zone expanders) to the loudspeakers.
An audio cable with a cross-section of 0.5mm

to 1.5mm
2
is recommended.
Audio cable
When connect to external audio source, such as CD/DVD player, etc. It is recommended to
use shielded cable.
