Compliance Tests
The sensor test fails during bump test or calibration.
The calibration gas cylinder is not connected to an inlet.
Connect an appropriate calibration gas cylinder to the inlet.
The calibration gas cylinder is empty.
Replace the empty calibration gas cylinder.
The end plate is not attached.
Attach an end plate to the last module in a group (or to an individual module).

If the end plate is damaged or missing, contact
an authorized distributor.
The inlet key is not properly connected.

The calibration gas cylinder tubing is too long.
Disconnect the tubing, cut it to a shorter length, and reconnect. See

.
The calibration gas cylinder tubing is damaged.
Inspect the tubing and replace with new tubing, if necessary.
The modules are not properly connected.
Lift the latch arm between modules and push the modules firmly together.

The gas type and/or concentration settings on the module are not configured to match the
calibration gas cylinder.
To configure gas inlets:
1. From the menu, select
Settings
.
2.
Select an inlet, and verify that the gas type and concentration settings
match the connected calibration gas cylinder. See
Configure Gas

.
The audible alarm test fails during bump test or calibration.
The detector's audible alarm hole is blocked.
To clean the audible alarm hole:
1. Remove the detector from the module.
2. Clean the audible alarm hole with a soft, damp cloth or an appropriate
cleaner that is specified in the detector operator manual.
The visual alarm test fails during bump test or calibration.
The detector's alarm LED windows are dirty.
To clean the indicators:
1. Remove the detector from the module.
2. Clean the alarm LED windows with a soft, damp cloth or an appropriate
cleaner that is specified in the detector operator manual.
The module is under too much light.
Move the module away from a direct light source.
