Searching for Clips on a Connected HTRD400 Recorder
To search for clips on a connected HTRD400 Recorder:
1. Click the Search icon on the lower right-hand corner of the BusView Player. The
Search dialog box displays.

2. Select Recorders from the combo button on the Source tab, then click Add. The
Recorders button toggles between Archives and Recorders.
4. Enter your search criteria on each tab (Date & Time, Triggers, Cameras, Rules, GPS)
as desired.
For example, to search for a date range within clips:
a. Select the Date & Time tab.
b. Click the By Date & Time combo button and select the option that best suits your
search. Depending on your choice, the fields below change, allowing you to
narrow your search parameters.
This combo button lets you
search for clips stored on the
recorder hard drive or
archived to a connected PC.
Opens a file dialog box
where you can locate
previously defined
searches. This action
replaces the criteria
in the Summary area.
Save this search
criteria for future use.
Add to search
When you click Add,
your search criteria
populates here.
These buttons allow you
to modify, delete, or
delete all of the selected
text. The buttons are
active when you select
criteria within the
summary. See
Table 8-3
for a complete
description.

populates in the source field. A
Browse for Recorder

displays. Select the recorder from the
recorders list. Click OK.
