Alarm-In Setup Screen

Configuring the Alarm-In Inputs

The alarm terminal strip on the back of the DVR has inputs associated with each alarm.
You can set up each input on the Alarm-In screen.
1. Turn each input

Off

by highlighting the alarm number and pressing

2. Give an input a title by highlighting the

Title

box and pressing

. A virtual

keyboard appears so you can enter the title.

3. Set each input as NO (normally open) or NC (normally closed) by highlighting the

field under

Type

and pressing

4. Save your Alarm-In changes by highlighting

Save

and pressing

. Select

Cancel

to exit the screen without saving the changes.

Configuring the Actions for each Alarm-In Input

You can set the actions the DVR will take whenever it senses an input on one of its alarm
input connectors.
