: Remotely play and download recorded files that are on the HRG 

DVR.

: Remotely control PTZ cameras.

: Locally back up recorded files from any of the channels.

Note

If you forget the password to your HRG DVR, contact your supplier with the serial 
number of the HRG DVR to obtain a secure code to reset your HRG DVR.

Deleting a User

To delete a user from the HRG DVR: 
1. Click

2. Select the user you want to delete.
