Requirements for Remote Station Protected Fire Alarm 
Systems 

Minimum system requirements are one Honeywell Silent Knight addressable initiating device and 
either a 5220, Keltron 3158 or the built-in Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitter (DACT).

Do not exceed the current load restrictions shown in Section 3.7.5.

The AC Loss Hours option must be set from 1-3 hours.

Requirements for the Installation of Carbon Monoxide (CO) 
Detection and Warning Equipment, NFPA 720

When using carbon monoxide detection the system must be monitored by a Supervising Station.
