Appendix A - Installing RTP
Using Dual RTPs to field wiring the 32 Point DC DO
ATTENTION:
l
RTP and cables are intended for permanent installation within their own
enclosure.
l
32 point DC Digital Output is limited to 6A per RTP and 0.5A per output.
To wire the 32 Point DC DO using dual RTPs:
1. Mount the RTP cable assembly to ControlEdge 900 Controller. See the
following figure for the example installation diagram.
a. Remove the relevant key tabs from the terminal block to allow connection
with the module.
b. Connect the appropriate cable to the module at ControlEdge 900
Controller. Possible options are:
l
900RTC-3410 Remote Terminal Cable assembly, 1.0 meters long
l
900RTC-3425 Remote Terminal Cable assembly, 2.5 meters long
c. Install the module label onto the module connector cover.
