Show Calendar References
Procedure
1.
On the
Calendars
tab, select the calendar the references of which you want to
show by checking the checkbar at the calendar name.
RESULT: The
Calendar References
dialog box displays showing all
schedules which reference via exceptions to the selected calendar.
The controller to which the schedule is assigned, is also shown.
You can view detailed information of the exception and edit the
exception by clicking on the schedule in the
Schedule Name
column. For detailed information on how to edit a referencing
exception of a schedule, please refer to the
Exception
tab
description (
) of the "Create New Schedule" section.
