6.2.5. 230/56 VAC heater transformer

The 230/56 VAC Heater Transformer is used to supply power to the three
heaters (trim, sheet guide, and air wipe) in each head.

This transformer is rated for 50A. When replacing the transformer, make
sure that the output connections are tightened to 17 in lb (1.9 Nm) to
prevent their overheating.

CAUTION

:

The transformer weighs 25.4 kg (56 lbs). Use caution when
replacing it.
