Removing & Installing Body Components

Battery

Removal

Make sure the ignition switch is in the

(Off) position.

Remove the left side cover.

Pull the rubber sheet.

Remove the fuse holder from the battery

holder.

Remove the battery holder by removing

the battery holder bolt.

Disconnect the negative

terminal from

the battery.

Disconnect the positive

terminal from

the battery.

Remove the battery taking care not to

drop the terminal nuts.
