Water In Fuel Filter Check System (Automatic
Headlights On)
If this symbol or this symbol with a
‘‘WATER IN FUEL FILTER’’
message shows on the multi-
information display, water has
accumulated in the fuel system,
which may cause damage to the fuel
injection system. Contact your dealer
as soon as possible to have the water
drained off.
If you see this symbol or this symbol
with a ‘‘CHECK SYSTEM’’ message
on the multi-information display, it
means there is a problem with the
automatic headlights on control
system. If you see this symbol/
message, have the vehicle checked
by your dealer as soon as possible.
Diesel models only
On vehicles with automatic lighting
feature.
