Power Button
To turn on the massage functions, first press the POWER
button. The L.E.D. indicator will illuminate and confirm your
selection. To turn off the massage functions, simply press
the button again. The L.E.D. indicator will blink while the
massage mechanism returns to its lowest point and then
will turn off.
NOTE:
There is a 15-minute auto shut off on the unit for your safety.

Kneading Massage
Kneading massage is a firm yet soothing pressure
point massage. The unit features two massage
mechanisms. One that travels up and down your
back and one that gently kneads your neck and
shoulders.
Massage Zones
Zone buttons cause the moving massage
mechanism to target specific areas of the back:
Full Back
The massage mechanism travels up and down
the back.
Upper Back
The massage mechanism focuses from the mid
to upper back.
Lower Back
The mechanism focuses from the mid to lower
back.
To select a massage area, simply press the button
and the corresponding L.E.D. light will illuminate.
To deselect, simply press the button again and
the corresponding L.E.D. light will turn off.
Heat Button
For soothing heat, when massage is on, simply press the
heat button and the corresponding red L.E.D. light will
illuminate. To deselect, press the button again and the
corresponding L.E.D. light will turn off. For your safety, heat
cannot be turned on if no massage program is selected.
Neck and Shoulder Massage
To turn on the neck and shoulder massage, simply press
the Neck button and the LED light will illuminate.
Press the neck button again to reverse the direction of the
massage.
To turn off, press the button a third time.
Height Adjustment
Press up/down arrows, when in use, to adjust the massage
mechanism position to your personal comfort level.
NOTE: The moving
massage mechanism
always “parks” or
finishes in its lowest
position. It will continue
to this position after the
power has been turned
off. If the electrical
supply is interrupted,
when power is restored,
the mechanism will
“park” or move to its
lowest position
