CAUTION
When your dog is doing bad behaviour such as
digging ,your may press STIM
key as negative
command to teach dog to stop it .
If your dog keeps on this unwanted behaviour,
you may activate shock level 1 for a short time
(about ½ second). If shock level 1 cannot cause
your dog to stop the undesirable behaviour ,
you may progress to more intense shock levels
2-5.The Remote Dog Trainers have 5 different
shock levels to allow you to choose the best for
your pet.
When the battery is low, symbol will
flash Charging process:
1. Remove the rubber protector over the Dc
charging port and insert DC plug of the
cable in to the charging port.
2. When charging is completed, symbol
will light on .
3. Place the rubber protector back over the
Dc Charging Port.
When the battery is low, the “L. BATT
LED” light on,Charging Process:
1. Remove the rubber protector, over
the Dc charging port and insert Dc plug
of the cable into the charging port,
The “CHG LED” light on.
2. When charging is completed,
“CHG LED” light turns off.
NOTE
: charging cable is Dc Plug at
one end and th other end is USB
connected to all USB chargers.
My dog is not responding to the collar
Check to make sure the metal pin inside the
charging port is straight and firm in the center
and that the pin is not wobbly, broken or missing.
Make sure there is no dirt sr debris is the
charging port. if there is ,clean the dirt out with a
cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol.
The transmitter has no range,or stimulation
is less when the dog is farther away.
Make sure your fingers are not touching the
antenna as this may cause the range to
substantially decrease.
Maximum range for any radio frequency device
occurs with flat terrain. Heavy brush, trees, hills
or moisture will affect the range of your unit. For
best range, hold the transmitter verti-cally above
your head, and/or try moving to higher ground.
Any electrical conductors will affect the range,
such as cars, chain-link dog runs, metal buildings,
and radio towers. For best results, operate away
from these structures.
My unit is not holding a charge.
1. Turn the Receiver Collar on .
2. Hold the Test Light Contacts to the
Contact Points.
3. Press a Stimulation button on the
Remote Transmitter.
4.The Test Light will flash. Note: At
higher Stimulation Levels, the Test
Light will flash brighter.

The collar should be fitted properly so that
the contact points press firmly against the
dog’s skin. To assure a proper fit, you should
be able to fit a finger in between the contact
points and your dog’s skin see picture B

Check whether the Collar has been turned ON
and make sure to have programming your collar
properly.
Make sure the collar strap to be tight enough so
both contact points are touching the dog’s skin.
If your dog’s coat is un us ally long or thick, yor
may need to trim down the hair on the dog’s neck,
so both contact points are touching the skin.
The battery may be low. Check for Low Battery
LED and recharge if necessary.

Fit the Receiver Collar on you Dog
CATION
If the collar is fitted loosely, the collar may
move around the dog’s neck, resulting
inconsistent stimulus ,If the collar is too
tight, the contact points may rub the skin
and
cause irritation or infection.
Mark the desired length of the belt of the
collar and reserve some length for the
growth of young pet, then, cut off the
excess and use lighter to trim the collar,
see picture C.
Before using Remote Dog Trainer. to correct
your pet, it need to spend 15 minutes for first 2
or 3 dogs to tench your dog to create
association of the tone with reward. Then ,
your dog will soon associate each positive
tone with the command . you wish For
example, you assign Tone 1 to the
“come”,once you press this Tone 1,it will
command your dog to “come” for another 5
positive Tones, you may repeat the same
process to teach your dog to recognize your
command.
