Preparation of the surfaces
Before putting the machine into operation, carefully remove the anti-corrosion protection or
grease residues from the bare metal parts. This can be done with the usual solvents. Under no
circumstances should you use nitro thinners or other cleaning agents, as these can attack the
machine´s finish.
N OTE
The use of paint thinners, petro, aggressive chemicals or scouring agents will damage
the surfaces!
Therefore: Use only mild cleaning agents!

Assemble
CAU TION
The machine and machine components are heavy!
2 persons are required to assemble the machine.
N OTE
The numbering of the parts, screws, washers and nuts is identical to that in the
delivery content.
The machine has been disassembled for transport and must be reassembled before use. Follow
the instructions below:
Fix the base supports (5 x 2) and side braces
(7 x 4) with screws (C x 12), washers (E x 12)
and nuts (D x 12) as shown on the body
frame.
For transport the hydraulic pump is fixed
inside the body frame.
Remove screws (A) and washers (B).
Place hydraulic pump (3) on the outside of
the body frame (1) and fix it with screws
(A x 4) and washers (B x 4).
