Handling the machine while the pressure supply (hydraulics, pneumatics) is on may
result in serious injury or death!
Disconnect the machine from the compressed air supply and ensure that the
hydraulics are depressurized!
If you are unable to carry out the necessary repairs properly and/or do not have the required
training, always consult a specialist to solve the problem.

Stamp does not operate when is

Pressure valve not tightly closed
Firmly close the pressure valve
Air in hydraulic system
Bleeding the hydraulic system
Ram will not hold load
Pressure valve not tightly closed
Firmly close the pressure valve
Malfunction in pump such as dirt
inside the valve mechanism
Open the pressure valve fully.
Pump the handle 10-15 times.
Close the pressure valve and
the stamp must go upwards
Stamp reluctant to lower when
load removed
Oil reservoir overfilled
Drain oil to correct level
Piston binding
Clean and lubricate moving

Replace stamp per hand
