13.1
Preparations
13.1.1
Determining the dimensions of the machine to be transported
Determine the base of the machine to be moved and the hole pattern for the mounting.
Depending on the dimensions, the individual frame parts (short, long side part or short and long
side part with the connections in the corresponding hole position) must be assembled.
13.1.2
Assembly
N O T E
Make sure that the side parts reach as far as possible into the corner joints.
Pay attention to symmetry.
Check dimensions and tighten screws
Assemble the side part (1) to the corner joints
(2) with 2 bolts and nuts each and repeat the
procedure at all 8 joints.
To connect two side parts, fix them together
with 3 but at least 2 screws and nuts.
The corner joints with fixed wheels should
always be fitted on one side and those with
swivelling wheels on the opposite side (see
figure).
Place the machine on the universal moving
device and fasten it with screws
